As Datica’s Healthcare Integrations Team Lead, Rick manages a team of engineers that cultivate customer relationships and build the cloud-based integration logic/infrastructure to allow healthcare organizations to share and store patient and other encrypted data.
With extensive knowledge of integrated healthcare standards (HL7, CDA, FHIR) and workflows, Rick’s deep healthcare and IT experience began at Epic with an almost three-year stint before moving over to Datica in 2015. Rick holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve. He is also an avid ice hockey fan that keeps the team up-to-date on all the scores.
